Step 1: You must be on a computer of Mrs. Vetter's lab computers Note the computer number as you must use the same number until this assignment is completed.
Step 2: Log into your google account to open your career presentation
Step 3: Select the File menu, select Download, then select Microsoft PPT.

Record your Career Choice Using PowerPoint

Step 1  Open your presentation In PPT and check the slide transition settings and then check

Step 2  Select the Slide Show tab, Select the Record Slide Show. Select From the Beggining

Step 3 Record for 4 - 10 minutes

Step 4: Save your File to the Desktop

Convert your File to an MP4 Video

Step 1: Go to File, select Export then select Create a Video

Step 2: Select Create Video in the center of the screen, be sure you are saving it to the desktop

Step 3 It will take about 5 minutes for the file to convert

Step 4: When done converting, go to classroom and hand in the video to the classroom assignment.

1. Continue working on the Budeting Assignment (see link below) to create a budget using Google Sheets. Complete page 2 & 3,

2. Create a google slides spreadsheet. Enter the figures from your Budget packet into your google sheets budget file like the example on page three.

3. Open a blank file in Google Sheets.

- Name your budget Budget for "Your Name"
- Create a field for gross income, net income, and list a column for each payperiod.
- Create column headings for fixed expenses, variable expenses, total Expenses, savings, and spending on wants.

Google Sheets Tips::

Adding, subtracting, multipication, or division:
= Cell name + Cell name
= cell name * cell name
= cell name / cell name
= cell name - cell name

All formulas begin with an equal sign and no spaces between.
Example: =A12+A13

Adding Several Fields at once::
-enter equal sign followed by Sum, followed by a parenthesis, first cell name, followed by a colon, then last cell name followed by a parenthesis. See example: This will add all up for you.

=sum(A12:A20)
